Guess this means it's out of the Awards this year in the "Show they shouldn't have cancelled" category ....

At least we will get to know what happens next.

The cliffhanger at the end was great, and very annoying when we found out it was cancelled.

Interesting that it will be funded from all sorts of places!

Hmmm. Funding from BBC Worldwide? Could be a move to Dave on the cards.

More likely Watch as stated in the article.

Then again, Watch and Dave are owned by the same organisations so some sort of cross pollenation isn't impossible.

I'm delighted this is coming back. It lost its shape somewhat in the last series, thanks to the loss of Cutter and the introduction of new team members but, it was still a good fun watch and there's not enough entertaining sci-fi/fantasy made by British TV for us to afford to lose one of the few hits we have.

Watching Andrew Lee Potts run away from the Jabberwocky in Alice felt briefly like a missing episode of Primeval!

According to SFX, Alexander Siddig is amongst the new cast members of 2011's series! http://www.sfx.co.uk/2010/04/07/star-trek-ds9-star-joins-primeval-cast/
