Having missed this at the time of broadcast (somehow we only recorded half the episodes on our Virgin box), and having read Mark's recommendation on the website ( http://cineology.culttv.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=492:collision-itv-viewing-event&catid=1:latest-news&Itemid=68 , I nabbed a copy of the complete mini-series on DVD from Play for £6.99. Em and I watched it over a couple of consecutive nights, and heartily recommend it to anyone else who missed it the first time around. Douglas Henshall is about 1000 times more charismatic and believable than he was in Primeval, and he's given much more to get his acting chops around. Five 40-minute episodes of intriguing, inter-connecting drama, a short making-of featurette and two episode commentaries to complete the very attractive package!

So John & Em - what did you think of the plot reveal in episode five - you'll know the one I'm referring to. Does it reflect well on a certain shows fandom?

Did it bother me? Only very slightly. I was more interested in how it reflected on the acquision of "material"!

You'd have thought they'd have got a memory stick from the right show, though, now wouldn't you?
